Ever since its foundation in December 1981, Hyun Dae Electric has been growing as a professional electric ship repair company. Our company was the first in the nation to develop fish-luring light, stabilizer for fish-luring light, and annunciator in 1983 and has been supplying these products to various domestic fisheries companies.

Also, Hyun Dae Electric Factory (Factory 2: located in Namhang-dong Yeongdo-gu Busan) was constructed in 1988 to stretch our scope to supply of distribution boards and panels for ships. We have been developing and selling navigation consoles including primary distribution board, various panels, searchlight and ventilator to domestic shipyards, but we selected searchlight, ventilator, and engine annunciator as R&D targets in September 2013 to cope with rapid changes in the market and secure new growth engine.

Especially, xenon searchlight of our company mounted and operated on Araon the one and only icebreaking research vessel of Korea, patrol ships of Korea Coast Guard, and various government ships are being improved for better quality through research and development. We try to return expectations of our customers by developing new products with additional functions.
